You will need the scrap Collab : Birthday Wishes, By Scrap in Designs by Peace,
You will need a tube of choice. I am using  Birthday Girl  by Graphfreaks.

I used template number 3

Ok Ready?

 Open the template,Shift D to duplicate, Close the original.

Delete the info layer, the background layer and the color fill layers 1 and 2.

Start with the bottom layer, shape 7 copy.

Grab your magic wand and click outside the shape.

Open BWSD-paper 1,copy it and paste it above the shape 7 layer, as a new layer.

positiion it as desired and then hit delete on the keyboard.

Delete the original shapes 7  copy layer.

Repeat with the Shape 6 layer, this time using paper GD-BW-paper 13.

Merge shape 2 and shape 2 copy.

Repeat the above step with GD-BW-paper4

Merge 7 copy and and shape 7.

Repeat above step with GD-BW-paper1

Paste your tube above shape 1,resize it by 85%.

Duplicate it and hide one of the tube layers.

Back on the shape 1 layer, grab your magic wand and click outside the shape to select it.

Now position the tube layer as shown.

Hit delete on your keyboard,

Add this shadow:

-2,2,74,7,color of choice.

Deselect.

Repeat with Shape 1 copy.

Un-hide the other tube layer

Position your tubes as desired within the selection.

Now paste your tube again.

Repeat the step again..

I didn't re-size this time and just positioned the face inside the selection.

Merge the 3 shapes layers and use your magic wand again. Just click outside one of the black squares.

Paste the paper GD-BW-paper 18 as a new layer,

Position as desired and then hit delete on your keyboard.

Go selections and invert the selection hit delete on your keyboard again. This should get rid of the rest of the paper in the layer that you cant see.

Select none.

Add the same drop shadow as above.

Merge the the side tube layers and add a shadow.

Add the tube again, resize as desired and add a drop shadow.

Add your © now and your taggers info along with scrap kit info.

Add your favorite elements from the kits,

Now add your name. I used one of the papers from the kits and set it as a pattern in the background.

Add your favorite text effects now.

 Merge visible.

I used my selection tool set to rectangle to draw a selection around the tag, invert and hit delete on your keyboard. This will get rid of any of the papers you cant see.

You will need a tube of choice. I am using a tube  by Trinita.

Ok Ready?

 Open frame Number 5,Shift D to duplicate, Close the original.

Re-size, All layers checked,

to 600 pixels wide

Open BIL77, Copy an paste as a new layer.

Duplicate it, on the bottom layer go to image and mirror.

Duplicate that layer again and use your pick tool on the bottom layer to rotate it slightly.

add a drop shadow =1,-1,60,10.00,Black.

Merge these 3 layers and position as desired on the frame.

Open BIL44 re-size it  X 90%

Copy and paste it as a new layer, position and add the same shadow as before.

Repeat with elements number 76,60 and 61.

Position each as desired.

Activate the frame layer. 

Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame.

Add a new layer and go effects and cut out with these settings:

-2,2,74,7,color of choice.

Drag it below the frame layer,

now add another new layer and repeat the cut out only this time change settings to 2,-2,74,7.

Drag this layer below the other cut out layer.

Expand the selection by 2.

Paste paper number 6 as a new layer ad position it in the selection as desirred.

Invert the selection and hit delete on your keyboard.

now you can deselect.

Drag the paper layer below the cut out layers.

Add your tube.

Now add the appropriate © and 

other info you would like.

Add your name and the text effects you like.

I only added the same drop shadow from before.

You will need a tube of choice. I am using a tube  by Danny Lee.

Ok Ready?

  Open the template,Shift D to duplicate, Close the original.
Delete the text layer,
Go to image and canvas size 900 X 900,

We will re-size later.
Activate the background circle layer,

Select all, float, de-float and invert the selection.

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer,

Now hit delete on your keyboard to delete the paper outside of the circle. Select none

and delete the black circle layer.
Repeat on the circle frame,frame background left and the frame left layers.

Image,canvas size 600 X 600.

Paste the tube and re-size it. Sharpen it and add a drop shadow of choice,
Add the elements of choice from the kit.Be sure to re-size each, 

Delete the right frame and background layers.

Use your selection tool to delete the right side dotted lines.
I used the filter here on the circle layer.

Zero-Radiance with the default settings.
Be sure and add the artist ©.

And it's always nice to add the scrap kit info if you use one.
and your taggers info.
Add your name and your favorite text effects.

I really wanted to use a scripty font but I couldn't find one I liked.

But I have always loved Times new Romance.

I also used eyecandy 4-bevel boss and

gradient glow on the name
