What a girl wants
This tutorial was written on 06/07/2013, By Kelli.
Please don't copy it or claim it as your own or post it through any group.
You may link back to my blog.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.
It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
You will need a tube of choice.I am using a tube by VeryMany.
You need a license number to use her tubes.
You can purchase it at Scraps and the City.
You will need the Template I used. You can download it for free,
From Melissaz Creationz here.
Its template number 70
You will need the scrap kit by Creative Crazy Scraps,
Called What a girl wants. You can purchase it here.
You can check out his blog Here.
You will also need a font of choice.
Ok Ready?
1.Open The template first. Shift + d to duplicate and close the original.
2.Delete the Copywright layer.
3. Open the tube of choice. I used a close up.
4. Choose colors for your foreground and background colors from the tube. Take note of the H and S numbers in the right column of the drop box that comes up. Go to colorize, hue and saturation and use those numbers. The colors will be a little different because of the colors of the template layers so you may only want to use one color.
(If you like add texture effects or any other filters at this time. I didn't use any)
5. Copy and paste your tube now above the "Raster 4" Layer. Re-size it.
And position it as desired. then go to the raster 4 layer, select all selections float and de-float.
Go to selections invert the selection. On the tube layer, Hit delete on your keyboard.
Go to layers and layer properties. Select your choice of blend modes. I used Screen mode.
5. Copy and paste the phone onto your image. Re-size it as you would like. I rotated mine to the right by 45%. Now grab your magic wand and click inside the "Screen" On the phone. Add a new layer and move it under the phone. Fill the selection with whatever you would like.I used a color so I could put text inside it. Select none. Now copy and paste the elements you want on your tag.
Don't worry about re-sizing them yet.
Once you have everything on your tag start re-sizing and arrangeing. you will need to sharpen some elements. add a drop shadow to each layer.
6. Add a second tube if desired and don't forget to add copywright. And your taggers mark if desired.
And now your done!
Thanks for trying my tutorial!
I hope you are happy with your results!
