This tutorial was written on 07/22/2013, By Kelli.

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.
It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
  You will need the scrap kit Smile, designed by TKDezigns.

You will need a tube of choice.
I am using a tube by Susan Woolcott.
Please don't use this tube without a license.

The font I used is Miss Fitzpatrick
 

Ok Ready?
1. Open element #21. Shift D to duplicate.Re-size all layers to 700 pixels wide.
2. Add a new layer and select all. Paste paper #6 into selection. Select none.
3. Load mask, merge group.
4. Add frame #3, Add a shadow of choice.
  5. Add tube and ©.
6. Add a new layer and fill it with a solid color.
Drag it to bottom.
  7. Add a border of 3 pixels.
8. Merge (Flatten),
9. Re-size to 700 pixels wide.
10. Add your name in your choice of font I used a scripty one.
11. Add your favorite text effects.
And your done!
