It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
You will need the tube Michelle by Todd Borenstein
And you will need a scrap kit of choice.
Purchase the tube at Artistic Dreams Imaging
You will need the template by Millie Template 759
Ok, ready?
Open the template.
Shift + D to duplicate and then close the original.
Fill the layers as desired.
Add some noise to the three rectangles or an effect of your choice,
And add some blinds to the circles,or a texture of choice.
Delete the white background layer and the info layer.
Add some of your favorite elements from one of your favorite kits.
Add the ©, scrap kit info and your taggers info.
Add your name and the desired effects.
I added a gradient glow ad a dark drop shadow.
Save as a png.
And now your done!

You will need a scrap kit of choice.

You will also need a font of choice.
Ok, Ready?
Open the template (745mpm).
Shift +D to duplicate and close the original.
Delete all the text layers.
Fill the template layers ,starting from the bottom.
Activate the template layer, Selections select all, then selections float and then selections de-float.
Add a new raster layer, drag it above the template layer you are working on and then fill with a color of choice, or paste a paper into selection.
Select none and then delete the template layer.
Repeat this until the template layers are replaced with your new layers.
Rename each layer to the original template name.
Go back and activate layer 5.
Select all, float and defloat,
Expand the selection by 6.
Add a new raster layer and drag it below the layer,
Fill it with a color of choice or another paper.
Then select none.
Add a shadow to each layer of the template.
Add the word art and change the blend mode to Exclusion, Or one you like better.
Add your tube now and re-size sharpen and add a shadow.
Be sure and add your ©. And scrap kit info.
Activate the background layer, hit delete on your keyboard.
Select all and paste another paper or fill it with a color that matches your tube.
Load your mask, and then merge group.
Edge effects and enhance or use another filter you like better.
Add a shadow if desired.
Decorate your tag with elemeents from the kit.
Add your name and your favorite text effects.
Save as a png.
And now your done!

You will need the scrap Collab : Romantic Summer, By Gold Dust,
You will need a tube of choice. I am using Summertime Sadness by Alehandra Vanhek.

I used template number 936
You will also need a font of choice.

Ok Ready?
Open the template,Shift D to duplicate, Close the original.
Delete the info layer and background layer. Delete the stars unless you want to use them. I didn't use them in this tag.
Merge layers 1 and 2.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer and activate the merged layer.
Grab your magic wand and click outside the shapes. This will select the shape.
Now position the paper as desired and hit delete on your keyboard.
Select none and delete the merged layer.
Repeat above step on layers 3 &4, 5 & 6, 7 & 8.
And then on these layers which don't get merged.
9,10,14 and 15.
I used a different paper on each template layer.
Paste one of the fireworks as a new layer, re-size it by 85% and duplicate it.
Paste clouds 2 as a new layer and re-size it by 58%
Sharpen it and add a shadow to it.
Add frame 2 as a new layer and re-size it by 58%
Sharpen it and add a shadow to it..
post your tube as a new layer. Resize it, position sharpen it and add
this shadow:
-2,2,74,7,color of choice.
Add your favorite elements from the kit.
Re-sizing and positioning as desired.
Add your © now and your taggers info along with scrap kit info.
Add your favorite elements from the kits,
Now add your name.
Add your favorite text effects now.
Merge visible.
I used my selection tool set to rectangle to draw a selection around the tag,
Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. This will get rid of any of the papers you cant see.
Select all, float and de-float then crop to selection.
Save it as a png

And now your done!

ok ready?
Open the template, Shift +D to duplicate,
Close the original.
Starting on the bottom layer,
Select all, float, defloat, invert selection and paste a paper of choice,
as a new layer. Hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the template layer.
Repeat this step until all of the template layers are new.
Add a filter or texture to each of the layers if desired.
Be sure and add a light drop shadow to each layer.
Ok, now its time to personalize your tag with some of your favorite
elements from this awesome kit!
Dont forget to add a shadow to each element.
Paste your tube of choice. Apply the high pass sharpen to the tube layer and position
as desired.
Add frame #05. Select all, float and defloat, selections invert.
Add a paper of choice and hit delete on your keyboard.
Select none and drag it below the frame, merge down.
With your rectangle selection tool,
Draw a selection around the frame,
invert the selection and paste a paper of choice as a new layer nd hit delete on your keyboard.
Select none. Drag below the frame layer.
With your magic wand, click inside the first frame,
Expand the selection by 2, invert the selection.
Drag below the frame layer, Apply the high pass sharpen agin.
Repeat with the other 2 frames.
Use 4 different tubes or just one tube.
If you would like to use more than one tube,, make sure they are by the same artist.
Add your © and taggers info.
When your happy with the tag,
Merge visible, float, defloat and crop to selection.
Now add your name in your choice of font.
Add a grad glow or your favorite text effects.
Save as a png, and your done!
