You will need the scrap kit Autumn Morning, By PolkaDot Scraps
You will need a tube of choice. I am using a tube  by Ishmael Rac.

 

Ok Ready?

 Open frame #5,Shift D to duplicate, Close the original.
Open the grass element,
paste it several times beneath the frame,
Arrange them on top of each other,
the top one should be beneath the bottom one so you cant see the "seam".
Once you have the grass as high as you want it, merge all the grass layers,
And make sure they are below the frame layer.
Now activate the frame layer and grab your magic wand, click outside the frame,
this will select everything outside of the frame.
Expand the selection by 2. activate the grass layer and hit delete on the keyboard.
now theres no more grass outside your frame.
Selects invert,
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer and hit delete on the keyboard.
now select none.and drag the paper layer below the frame and the grass layer.
 Add a drop shadow to the frame layer.
Now add some of the elements from the kit.
Personalize your tag and really make it yours.
Add a shadow to each of the individual elements.
Add the tube and the artist ©.
and your taggers info.
Add your name and your favorite text effects.

 Merge visible, select all, float and defloat then crop to selection.
Save it as a png

  Save as a png, And your done!

you will need a tube of choice.

Ok Ready?

  Open a new image , 700 by 700 pixels and the canvas is transparent.

Select all and paste a paper of choice into the selection.

Select none, load the mask you have chosen and merge the group.

Re-size if desired.

Sharpen. Add a drop shadow of choice.

Paste my word art as a new layer, add any effects you would like.

Now add the Word Art frame and again feel free to add any effects you would like.

Position all these as desired.

Once your happy with it, Merge visible, select all, float and defloat.

Then go image and crop to selection.

Now add your © info.

And your taggers mark if you use one.

Add your name and your favorite text effects.

Save as a png and your done.

And as always be sure to re-size all layers checked if you think the tag is too large.

Ok Ready?

  Open a new image , 700 by 700 pixels and the canvas is transparent.

Paste the frame as a new layer.

Grab your magic wand and click outside the frame, invert the selection and then contract the selection by 5.

Addd a new layer and drag it below the frame.

paste a paper into the selection.

Select none.

Add a shadow to the frame. and if you would like to recolor it thats ok with me.

Now post one of the tubes beneath the frame, position,

use your selection tool to select the bottom of the tube that is in the 

bottom frame. once selected, just make sure the tube layer is activated, then hit delete on your keyboard.

repeat this with another tube and the other top frame.

Sharpen the tubes if you re-sized them.

Now take your selection tool again and select the parts of the tubes y ould like to be moved above the frame.

Once selected, promote to layr and drag the promoted selection above the frame.

Repeat with the other tube.

Add a drop shadow to the original tubes and merge visible.

Add a new layer and select all,

paste a paper of choice as a new layer.

Load your mask and merge group.

Go effects, edge effects and enhance.

Re-size the mask if desired.

add a shadow.

Now add some elements from the kit.

Give each a drop shadow.

Once your happy with it, Merge visible, select all, float and defloat.

Then go image and crop to selection.

Now add your © info.

And your taggers mark if y use one.

Add your name and your favorite text effects.

Save as a png and your done.

And as always be sure to re-size all layers checked if you think the tag is too large.

New image 800 by 800 pixels,Transparent.

  Grab your Text tool and set your font to Arakphobia size 50. Black or dark color of choice. Convert it to raster and use a Gradient glow settings of choice 

and then add a drop shadow.

Add a new layer and drag it to bottom. Select all and paste paper # 5 into selection.

Load a round mask of choice. Merge group.

Paste element # 36 as a new layer and and position it behind the name layer and to the bottom of the canvas. The sides will hang off of the canvas. I tried not to cut off any of the bottom but I dont think I was successful lol.

Add element #14 as a new layer below the grass layer you just added.

Drag this to the bottom layer and re-size as desired.

Position it to the end of your name and up quite a bit. Position it as you would like 

or refer to my tag.

Add the bird on top of this layer, should look like its sitting on it. Re-size quite a bit to make it small enough.

Paste the lantern and position it on the first couple of letters of your name.

Add a shadow to the layer.

Add element #45 behind the lantern and the name.

Add element #13 which is the birds. Position them as desired. 

Re-size them if desired. 

Add the cat and the tube now in front of your name.

Add your © and Taggers information now, 

please, if your using one of the posers provided with the kit,

abide by the tou provided.

  Crop it if you need to and save it as a png. And your done!

  Starting with the background 01 layer, Select all, paste a paper of choice into the selection.Select none, merge the 2 background layers together.

Delete the shadow layers from the Word art, the heart and the smudge, if desired.

Now, drag the three foto 03 frames together and merge the three.

Repeat with the fotos and the shadows for foto 03.

On foto 03 select all, float and defloat. Add a new layer and paste a paper of choice into selection. Do not deselect yet. Paste a tube as a new layer, invert selection and hit delete on your keyboard. Select none.

Merge all the layers of the foto 03 including the tube that you just added.

Save it as a jpeg. And your done!

New image 700 by 700 pixels,Transparent.

  Paste frame #2 as a new layer, re-size so it fits nicely in your canvas.Sharpen and add a shadow off choice.

  Paste element 36 as a new layer and drag it below the frame layer, and to the bottom of the frame.But not quite all the way to the bottom.Grab your selection tool set to freehand,

Carefully dray a selectiion around the larger branches on the frame. 

If you use the magic eand it will take forever. llol, so It was just easier for me to use the freehand selection tool.

Invert selection and make sure the element layer is activated and hit delete on your keyboard.

Invcert selection again and add a new layer, drag it to the bottom and paste paper # 2 into selection.Now do the same with the element # 55, the sparkles.now select none.

Add  your tube below the cityscape layer.

Start personalizing your tag and add several elements from the kit.

Add element #56 as a new layer and drag it below everything.

Re-size so it fits inside the canvas nicely.

Add your copy wright and taggers mark.

Crop it if you need to and save it as a png.And your done!

Add a glow or a drop shadow to each element.

   Add your name in a font of your choice or use the one I have provided the link to.

I set the background to pattern and set a paper as the patern.

Stroke set to null. and add a gradient glow or drop shadow.

Crop away the excess canvas around your tag and

  Save as a png, And your done!

  Paste the spider frame on top of the frame on the other side of the frame,

add whatever effects you want.

Add a glow to the frame.

Add the ghost on top of the frame or position it as desired.

And now add your favorite elements from the kit.

Be sure to sharpen them if you resize them. Add a shadow or glow to each element.

   Add your name in the true lies font.

use a lighter color to matchh your tube and add whatever effects you want..

  Save as a jpeg, And your done!
