It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
You will also need a font of choice.
Ok Ready?
1. Open a new image700 x400, transparent.
2. Paste a frame of choice as a new layer.
I used frame #4.
Resize it to fit your canvas. Then duplicate it twice.Arrange them beside each other.
When happy merge visible and add a drop shadow to the frame layer.
3. Grab the magic wand and click inside each frame. You will have to click a couple times in each of the frames. Expand the selection by 3.
4. Add a new layer and flood fill the selection with a sky blue.
Select none.
5. Now paste one of the clouds as a new layer. you will need to resize it.
It should be between the fill layer and the frame layer. Duplicate it twice and move one into each frame where you like them.Merge these cloud layers together.
6. Now your going to add the waves. Paste it as a new layer below the cloud layer. Resize it by 50% to start. You will need to resize again. Make sure it covers the whole frame.
Dupicate it twice and position in each frame. Merge sharpen and add a shadow.
7.Now decorate your tag with some elements from the kit.
Add your tube and copywright now.
8. Merge visible, selections all, float, and then defloat.
Crop to selection.
9. Grab your text tool and type your name. Background is set to pattern and the pattern
is a paper of choice. F/g is a solid color to match your tag. I set mine to bold.
10. Add your favorite text effects and your done!.

It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
You will need the scrap kit Hawaiian Paradise, By CandyCats Scraps
You can get it here.
You can check out her blog Here.
You will need a tube of choice.Or not.
I just used the elements from the kit.
I used eyecandy 4 in my tags but its optional.
You will also need a fat font of choice.
Ok Ready?
1. Open a new image 950x350 transparent.
2. Grab your text tool and set your font to a fat font of choice.
You can find several at DaFont. Your stroke color is a solid color to match the kit.
Background is set to null.
3. Type your name at the largest setting.
If theres still room use the nodes to stretch out the name a little more.
You want the letters to be spaced out so you can cut them apart.
If you are using psp 9 you can go to objects,
convert to curves as character shapes and it will put every letter on a different layer.
You have to do this before you convert it to a raster layer.
I havn't figured out how to do it in my version of psp yet.
But I will. lol.
So use your freehand selection tool to separate the letters.
Do this by drawing a selection around the letter. Then on the layer palette promote selection to layer, then go back to the raster layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
And do this for each letter.
4.When you have each letter on a different layer, positioin them as desired. You could rotate some move them around on the palette. When your happy add a drop shadow to each letter.
Then merge visible. Now add a gradient glow or an inner bevel. Just whatever you want.
5. Use your magic wand to click inside each letter making sure to get all of it.
Expand the selection by 3 .
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer (you will have to resize the paper if you have a long name.)
Selections invert and make the paper layer the active layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
Now use a filter or a texture or a bevel I used a bevel and eye candy glass on the second example at the bottom.
On the first one at the top...
I just added a grad glow on the outline before i merged the layers together.
As soon as your happy with it.
Merge all the layers together.
Don't flatten.
You could even duplicate the merged layer and then on the bottom one
apply a blur.. But I digress lol.
6.Now after the layers are merged visible...Select all selections float and de-float. Then images crop to selection.
7. Canvas size and make your canvas size 950 by 350 with the name in the bottom center.
8. Now your going to start decorating your name with elements from the kit.
9. Dont forget to add a shadow to each element.
10.If you are going to use a tube add it and the © at this time.
And now your done!
Thanks for trying my tutorial!
I hope you are happy with your results!

Select none.
5.Open
the water image, Resize it by 65%.Copy and paste it as a new layer.Drag it to the bottom layer.

Duplicate it and position the layers to however you like them.Merge all the water layers together
6.Repeat above step with the sand image..
7.Now repeat with the cloud layer.
Duplicate it as many times as you like and then merge all the cloud layers together.
8. Add a new layer and arrange it to the bottom of your canvas. Now
go to image, resize canvas and make your canvas bigger.I made mine 750 x
750 pixels.Don't worry we will crop out the excess canvas, but this way
we wont be cutting off any of the elements were adding.
9.Open the umbrella.Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 65%. Then again by 85%.
Add a drop shadow and position it as desired.
10.Open one of the signs.Copy and paste it as a new layer.

Duplicate it and position the layers at the bases of the umbrella and the sign.
13.Open your tube. copy and paste it. Resize it to a good size.
Sharpen it and add your drop shadow now.
Now Place it in front of the life preserver.
14.Duplicate the life preserver and sandwich the tube in the middle of the preserver layers.
15. Use your eraser tool and erase the part of the top preserver layer so that her face is showing.
Do the same thing to the tube layer so that none of it peeks from the bottom of the preservers.
(You can also do this with only one "frame layer"
And your selection tool. But It looked like my tube layer had been cut in two. So I opted for the eraser tool instead)
16. Add your © now.
and your water mark if desired.
17. Now is the time to arrange the tag as you would like. Duplicate the layers you would like more of
resize some of them.
After its arranged to please you merge visible.
18. select all selections float and then defloat.
Go to image and crop to selection.
Then resize the image to the size you like.
18. Add your name in your choice of fonts. I used Oogie Boogie.
You can download it here.
And now your done!
Thanks for trying my tutorial!
I hope ur happy with your results!
