It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.

You will need a tube of choice. I am using a tube by Misticheskaya.

You need to purchase this tube to use it.

You will also need a couple fonts of choice.   

 

Ok Ready?

 

1. Open Frame #3. Shift D to duplicate.

Rotate Left by 90 all layers checked. 

Re-size by 85% all layers unchecked.

Canvas size 700 x 700.

2. Paste the cloud as a new layer below the frame layer.

Duplicate it and bring the duplicate on top of the frame layer.

Re-size the duplicate by 85%.

3. Paste the dirt below the frame layer. Re-size it by 85%.

4. Add a paper of choice.Resize it by 75%. Re-size again if desired.

Rotate it to the left by 40.Drag this layer to the bottom.

5. Add your tube below the frame layer.

Re-size it as desired.Use your selection tool, to select paart of the tube that will be above the frame.Add a shadow to the original tube.

Add ©. If you use a taggers mark, don't forget to add it now.

  6. Grab your text tool and type your phrase. Place it over the cloud layer.

Add a shadow to it. Choose a different font and type your name.

7.Merge visible select all, float and defloat. Crop to

selection.

And now your done!

You will need a tube of choice. I am using a tube by Elisabeth Bell.

You need to purchase this tube to use it.

You will also need a font of choice.   

I used a font called Want some candy

Ok Ready?

1. Open frame #5, Shift + d to duplicate.

2.Grab your selection tool set to rectangle.

Draw a selection around one of the panels and add a new layer.

3. Open 4 papers of choice and re-size each by 50%.

Copy one and paste into selection. Select none and repeat the step for the other 3.

Each paper should be on the same layer.

4.Paste candy # 2. Re-size by 75% twice, Add a shadow of choice. Rotate it to the right by 20.

5. Duplicate several times and mirror a few or re-size a few more.

Arrange them as desired.

Apply Hsb noise to as many of the candies as you like.

Use different settings on each.

  6.Open candy #1 and re-size it by 35%.

And again by 75%. Sharpen and add a shadow. Duplicate and re-position each as desired.

7.Now copy and paste the suckers 1 ad 2 as new layers. Re-size by 75%.

Rotate one by 25% .

Position them as desired.

I added a ribbon to tie them together.

8. Add the candy kiss and re-size as desired. Duplicate it several times.

Colorize them a different color and then rotate them or mirror. Add a shadow to each one.

9. Paste dots #1 as a new layer.

Duplicate it and stack the layers on top of each.

Merge them and drag the layer to the bottom.

10. Add the cotton candy and re-size it by 65%.

Position it as desired.
11. Add candy's # 3 and 4. re-size them by 65% twice.
12. Paste the paint as a new layer.

Duplicate several times and position them so they cover most of the canvas. Merge these layers

and drag to the bottom. 

13. Enlarge the canvas so you have room to work with the elements.

14.Add dots 2 on top of the sticks of gum. Re-size them by 42%.

15. Add word art  2. Position it as desired. And position all the candy as desired.

Add shadows to the elements you havn't yet.

16. Now add your tube and ©.

17. Add your name in your choice of fonts.

If your using the same one I did Do it all in Upper case.

18.Add your favorite text effects.

And now your done!

I used eyecandy gradient glow. but you can just use a drop shadow if you prefer.

 

 

Ok Ready?

1. First open a new transparent image 500 x 500.

2.  Add a new layer,Select all and paste frame # 6sparkler into selection. Re-size it by 90%.

3. Repeat this step with Print  #1 or#2.

4. Paste frame #2 as a new layer and re-size it as needed. Grab your selection tool. 

Set point to point.

5. Draw a rectangle around both parts of the frame.

7.  Addd a new layer and expand the selection X 5. Paste a paper of choice into selection.

Select none and drag it below the frame layer.

Add a drop shadow to the frame layer and

merge the peper layer and the frame layer.

8. Add your tube and ©. Add your taggers mark if desired.

9. Add the firecracker. Re-size it as needed rotate it

10. Add the word aart. Add a heavy grad glow and a drop shadow of choice.

Re-size it as desired.

9.Activate your text tool set to Cutie Patootie. 

Add an inner bevel and  drop shadow at this time. 

And now your done!

Ok Ready?

1. First open pd-print-01.Shift + D to duplicate it. Close the original. Re-size all layers to 500 pixels wide.

2.  Open the flower petals. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Re-Size it too. Sharpen it and add a drop shadow.

3. Copy and paste the frame #3. Re-size it and leave it in the middle of the image.Sharpen it and add a drop shadow.

With your magic wand, click inside,you will have to click more than once to be able to get the whole inside selected.

Add a new layer.

4. Open paper #10 or paper of choice. Copy it and go back to the tag image. Expand the selection by 10 pixels and make the new layer the active layer.

Paste into selection. Drag below the frame layer,select none. Merge visible.

5. Add the elements of choice now. Be sure to sharpen the re-sized elements and add a drop shadow of chioce to each.

6. Paste your tube of choice now as the top layer. Add a drop shadow of choice.

Add © and your taggers mark if desired.

7.Ok, now open the fonts you have chosen.

With one of them ( i used "sweet honey") Type "American" Use an inner bevel and eyecandy 4 glass

Add a drop shadow now.

8. Grab another font, (I used "Cartoon").

Type "Honey", Add an inner bevel and a drop shadow.

Merge the two text layers down.   10. Rotate the text layer to the left by 15 degrees, Position as desired.

11. Now open a new image. Type your name with the another font ,I used "Oogie Boogie".

The size should be fairly large.Stroke width 3 and background null. The foreground is color of choice.

12.  Open another paper of choice. Copy it and close it. 

Back on the text image. Add a shadow of choice.Grab your magic wand and click inside all the letters. Add a new layer

Expand the selection by 3.

Paste the paper into selection on the new layer. Select none.Merge visible.Copy and paste onto your tag and position as desired.

Add text effects as desired now. I only added  drop shadow.
Re-size to fit your tag.

And now your done!
