It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.

It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.

You will need a Couple tube or a a male and female tube by the same artist.

Actually you could use friends tubes, mother and child or even siblings tubes.

The font I used is Sunday Script

Ok Ready?

  Open a new transparent canvas, 700 by 700.

open  element #26, one of the frames. Shift D to duplicate and close the original. Resize it to 700 pixels wide.Copy and close the duplicate. Paste it as a new layer. Rotate right by 90. Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame, expand the selection by 4. add a new layer and paste a paper of choice into selection. Drag below the frame layer and select none. Paste your tube as a new layer, re-size, sharpen and add a shadow. Once its positioned where you want it,  activate the frame layer, click inside it agai with your magic wand,  expand the selection again and invert the selection. activate your tube layer and hit  delete on your keyboard. Add your word art, re-size it first by 25% and then by 85%.   Add a gradient glow or a light colored drop shadow. Add some elements from the kit, make sure to give each of them a drop shadow. Add your name and your favorite text effects. Dont forget to add © and your taggers info. 

Save as a png, and your done!
