Timeless
This tutorial was written by Me.

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.
It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.

You will need a tube of choice.

A font of choice
The font I used is True Stories
AAA filters -Textures
Ok Ready?
Open a new transparent canvas, 700 by 700.
open element # 61, Copy and paste it as a new layer.
Now activate raster 1 and select all, activate the element layer and
crop to selection.
Open element 36, copy and close it.
Back on your tag image again and activate raster 1 again.
Select all, paste the frame into selection.
Selections float and de-float. Now paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete the frame layer.
Rotate left by 25. Duplicate it and rotate to the right by 45.
Grab your magic wand and click inside one of the frames,
expand the selection by 3.
Add a new layer and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Drag below the frame layer and select none.
Go to effects and apply AAA filters texture with these settings:
Repeat this with the other frame.
Add your tube Re-size and rotate as you did the frames. First one way, duplicate and then rotate it for the other frame.
Sharpen it and go to adjust and sharpen
High pass sharpen with these setttings:
Repeat this step with the other tube.
Now its time to personalize your tag.
Add your favorite elements from the kit.
Add your name Using all Caps to get the pretty letters.
Add your favorite text effects.
Don't forget to add © and your taggers info.

Save as a png, and your done!
