Mermaid Playday

 
This tutorial was written by Me.
On 3/1/13.
Please don't copy it or claim it as your own or post it through any group.
You may link back to my blog.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.
It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
  You will need the Pay to use kit, Summer Sun. Designed by MrsW.
You can purchase  it  here, and here.
You will need a tube of choice.
I am using one from Suzanne Woolcott,
You must urchase this tube.
You can do so here
You need a font of choice for the name.
I used Seagull Wine
You also need Mura's clouds

Ok Ready?
1. New image, transparent and 700 by 700.
2. Open paper #6 as a new layer, re-size it by 85%, repeat the re-size.
3. Apply Muras Miesters filter : Clouds...default settings but change the color to a blue to match the paper.
4. Add Sun #2 as a new layer.Leave it in the center.Add a shadow.
5 . Add frame #2, re-size as desired. Use your magic wand to click inside the blue frame, 
click in each area. expand the selection by 3.
6. Past paper #1 as a new layer, invert selection and click delete.
Drag below the frame layer.
  7. Repeat with the yellow frame, using paper #3. Merge the paper layers. 
8. Add a drop shadow to the frame layer and merge the paper and frame layers.
9.Move the sun up so its in the top part of your frame. 
  10.Add the kite, Re-size to desired size. Position and add shadow.
11. Add your tube and copywright. And your taggers info if desired.
12. Time for Wind sail #1. Re-size, position and add a shadow.
13. Paste the ball and make it small enough that it looks like she can hold it on her tail. Like shes playing with it.
14. Now add the bird, Re-size as desired. Add a shadow.
15. Add the water, Re-size as desired a little smaller than your canvas, Grab your rectangle selection tool,Draw a rectangle aroung your paper layer the same width as the water layer and as tall as you would like it. Invert selection and hit delete
16. Save as a png,
And your done!
