This tutorial was written on 05-5-15 By Kelli.
Please don't copy it or claim it as your own or post it through any group.
You may link back to my blog.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.
It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version. You will need the tube by Todd Borenstein
You will need the scrap kit : Rainbow Bridge, By  Devilish Dezines.
Purchase both at Artistic Dreams Imaging
You will also need a font of choice.

Ok, ready?
Open Element # 47,Grass.
Shift + D to duplicate and then close the original.
Re-size, all layers checked, to 650 pixel wide.
Then goto canvas size and resize the canvas to 650 wide and 600 tall.
Bottom center.
Sharpen and shadow of choice.
Paste the tube as a new layer, resize it by 65% and then by 85%,
Position it over the grass layer, sharpen and add a shadow.
Paste element #42 as a new layer, re-size it s desired. Sharpen and add a shadow. Its the butterflies.
Paste element 37 as a new layer, paste and position as desired.
Then add one of the cloud tubes,
No re-sizing just position.
Add the sun which is element # 25.
Add the truck number 38 as a new layer. Drag it to the bottom, re-size as desired and be sure to
add a shadow of choice. Add element #46. Its the grass with the mushroom. Re-size it and place it in front of the truck.
Add a new layer and select all,
Paste the purple tree into selection.
Do not deselect, Add a new layer and drag it to bottom.
Paste a paper of choice into selection.
Now you can select none.
Paste the daisy as a new layer on top of the tube.
Re-size as desired and rotate it so nothing is covering the tubes face.
Sharpen and add a shadow.
Add your name in your favorite font and then apply your favorite text effects.
Save as a png.
And now your done!
Thanks for trying my tutorial!
I hope you are happy with your results!
I would love to see them!
