Girls Dream

This tutorial was written on 07/12/2013, By Kelli.
Please don't copy it or claim it as your own or post it through any group.
You may link back to my blog.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.
It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
You will need the scrap kit Girls Dream.
you can purchase it  here or here.
The kit was designed by Fw Tags Creations.
You can check out her blog Here.
You will need a tube of choice. Or the girl from the kit.
You will also need a font of choice.
I used First grader which you can download here:

Ok Ready?
1. Open frames # 2 and  #3.
Re-size frame # 2 by 25%. Copy it and close it.
2. Shift + D on#3 and close the original.
Re-size the round frame , all layers checked, to 700 x700 pixels.
(Actually just 700 tall)
Then re-size just the frame layer by 85%. Move it to the top and to one corner.
(Be sure to leave room at the top and side for a shadow without cutting it off.)
3. Paste frame # 2 as a new layerRotate it left by 25 and then again by 10.
Drag this layer below the frame layer. Position.
Now use your selection tool to select a small part of the frame that will be intertwined with the round frame. Do this a couple of times. Promote selection to layer, and drag the promoted selection above the round frame.
4. Duplicate the heart frame and , depending on
the version of psp your using, Mirror or flip horizontal.
Repeat the selection step. Add a drop shadow to all 3 frames
and merge visible.
5 .Open a paper of choice. Copy and close it.
6. Use your selection tool to draw a selection around the round frame, (or use your magic wand).
Add a new raster layer and paste into selection. And select none.
Drag this layer below your frame layer.
7. Open these elements:
 43,44,31,and 32.
Copy and paste each into a new separate layer.
Re-size each layer by 85%, Select none
arrange as desired.
I left #44 on top of the paper layer and moved the others below it.
You might want to flip, mirror or rotate. Then
Add a shadow to each except for the sparkle layer (44).
  8. Now add one of the tubes from the kit or your tube of choice at this time.
The tube should be on top of the sparkle.
Move the sparkle to one side and your tube to the other.
Use your freehand selection to select the part of the tube that will be promoted to selection
and moved above the frame layer.
Add a shadow to the tube layer and use your selection tool again this time select the part of the tube
that is peeking out from below the frame.
Make the tube layer the active layer and hit delete on your keyboard. (You could also use the eraser tool)
9. Now decorate your tag with some elements from the kit, re-size, sharpen and add a shadow to each individual element.
8. Add your tube and © info now.
10. Merge visible, selections all,  float, and then de-float.
Crop to selection.
11. Grab your text tool and type your name. Use your choice of font. I choose first grader because the little girl in the kit looks
like she might be in first grade ...lol.
12. Add your favorite text effects and your done!.

Thanks for trying my tutorial!
I hope you are happy with your results!
