School Days. School Days.

This tutorial was written by Me.
On 8/27/13.
Please don't copy it or claim it as your own or post it through any group.
You may link back to my blog.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.
It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of psp and its tools.
It is written using psp X5 but should work in any other version.
You will need the Pay to use kit School Days Bundle, by Candy Cats
You can purchase it at
Pimp My Tags W/ Scraps
A font of choice
The font I used is Badaboom
Filters Unlimited - Aged film (Optional)

Ok Ready?
Open a new image, transparent, 800 by 800.
Select all and paste a paper of choice into the selection. Select none,
Load your mask and merge the group.
Apply a texture of choice. I used Filters unlimited, Aged film
With these settings:
Grab your elipse tool and draw a large circle around the mask layer, I made mine a little smaller than the mask.
While its still a vector. Grab your text tool and move your cursor over the elipse until
you see the half circle icon.
Begin typing your text of choice. Type it a couple of times. Then move your cursor to the first letter and use your
space bar to space the text over to where you like it.
Once your happy with it, go to the layer palette,
Click the + beside the layer and you will see a few layers drop down.
Click the eye beside the circle you drew to hide it.
Now convert the layer to raster and add an inner bevel.. and a drop shadow.
Now add some elements from the kit and add your name in your choice of font.
Apply your favorite text effects.
Crop the excess canvas around your tag.
Save as a png, and your done!
Thanks for trying my tutorial.
I would love to see your results!
