Grab your magic wand and click inside the little window.Expand the selection by 3.
Paste a paper as a new layer, invert the selection and hit delete on your keyboard.
Contract the selection by 3. Activate the element again and apply a drop shadow.
Select none.
Add element #42, re-size by 65%, Sharpen more.Arrange it between the paper layer and the element layer, part of it will show to the side of the element.
Merge these three layers.
Add element #21, Re-size it by 200%, sharpen.I added the high pass sharpen with the default settings.
